Our customised printed packaging and cartons are a work of art, made with great care and precision. They are always customised to your company's visual identity, effectively reinforcing your brand. It's the details that make a product's packaging feel genuine or not, which we always take into account during the manufacturing process.

WHAT EXACTLY IS PACKAGING?

We have been working with packaging since 1982 and have built up a lot of expertise. In our world, packaging is the most important thing and is so much more than just protecting your product. It's the packaging that sets your product apart from your competitors. As soon as you take a product and put it in something, it becomes a package. It can be a binder, a book, a box, a tube, a folder... almost anything that contains something becomes packaging... and we've done most of it.

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between a clad box and a display box?
- A display box is a packaging used to showcase your product(s). The main purpose of the display box is to make your products stand out and look even more attractive. Often, display boxes are made as kits and contain several different products. A display box is like a small portable shop window.
- A lined box is actually a box that has been lined with an outer material. Usually, a lined box consists of a cardboard core that is then lined with a finer material inside and out.
...A display box can be a clad box and vice versa.

What impact-enhancing techniques can be used?
The effects that can be used are often determined by the material you have as a base. For example, if you have coloured paper as a base, you can add screen printing, foiling, embossing and labels.

What materials can I choose for a luxury gift box?
This is a matter of taste, most of our packaging can be clad in any material, here the range is vast. To understand the breadth of what is on offer, we recommend that you book a session with one of our project managers. The best thing is if you can come by us in Länna, many materials can look quite similar but feel different and the feeling is important.

Can you make a prototype in small series, for example a single box?
Of course we can. Of course we can. We usually do a design test before we start production. This is to ensure that everything fits as it should. We also offer 3D mockups to ensure that prints etc. end up as intended. If you want a completely sharp dummy, this is also something we can do, but you must then keep in mind that if it is to look exactly like the final product, tools and prints etc. need to be purchased for your dummy.
Where are your products made?
We manufacture single volumes and dummies/design samples in our own factory in Länna, Stockholm. Larger volumes are manufactured in our own factory in the Czech Republic or at a contracted supplier in Europe.

SOME EXAMPLES OF DIFFERENT PACKAGING

A dressed package usually consists of a cardboard core that is then covered with a finer material inside and out, also known as a rigid box. This option gives you every opportunity to customise your product in terms of stability, appearance, size, shape/design and effects, there are almost no limits. You also have the possibility to add several types of locks, such as magnets and fabric straps.

A folding box is usually made from a sheet of thicker cardboard that is then die-cut and folded. This type of packaging has limitations in size and material, but weighs little, takes up minimal space (when unpacked). A folding box is a simpler product than a clad box, but you can still add effects and designs that make it feel exclusive.

A stapled pack is a package that is held together without glue. Most often, we make stapled packaging from the same material you have in the core of a clad pack. The sides are stapled together with a staple. You can add effects such as embossing and foiling, and if you dress the sheet, you can also add colour printing and finer materials. If you want an environmentally conscious yet stable packaging, this is an excellent choice.
