We will help you through the whole process.

It may seem easy to make a pack... After completing a production run, many of our customers have often commented on how many steps and details there were to keep track of.

Perhaps you already have a clear idea of what you want your design solution to look like, or maybe you want a sounding board for ideas on how best to communicate the message you want to get across? We work with these processes on a daily basis and help our customers to include everything so that nothing is left to chance. For us, the most important thing is that our customers are satisfied with the product we deliver!

SOME QUESTIONS!

  • How do I start a project? What do I need to know in advance?

  • Reading this is a good start to your project. Of course, it's good to have as much information as possible ready, but step one is to contact one of our project managers and they will help you through your project and go through the questions that are important.

If you want to be prepared, you can read more below.

  • What is 3D visualisation and how do I get it?

  • A 3D visualisation means that we build your box in 1:1 scale in a 3D program, then when the shape is ready we add your artwork. As the 3D shows exactly how the pages and print (including effects) will look, you get a true picture of what your finished product will look like. The 3D file is also rotatable, which allows you to rotate the product and see it from more angles.

Just tell us you want to see a 3D of your product and our design department will produce it for you.

  • Do you work with agencies, marketing departments or directly with end customers?

  • We are used to working with agencies, marketing departments and end customers. If you have something you'd like help with, we're happy to help regardless of your previous experience in the industry.

  • What are the steps in production - idea → material selection → prototype → production?

  • Read more details on how to do this at the link below.

  • How long does it take from order to delivery (e.g. for 1 piece vs. larger edition)?

  • How long it takes to produce is entirely dependent on the design, choice of materials, quantity, etc. so the answer to that question is different for each job, but we usually say that a normal time window is 5-6 weeks on a 300 edition. We can usually do 1 design sample in 1 week.
