For the preparation of the offer

As all our packaging is customised, we produce a unique quote for each individual project. In order to do this as accurately and efficiently as possible, we need some basic information from you. Here we describe what is important to consider before requesting a quote:

  1. What type of packaging are you looking for?
The first step is to understand what construction is involved. Should it be a clad (hard) pack or a carton pack? We offer several established designs to start with, but we can also develop a completely unique solution customised to your product and your wishes. Important factors include function, presentation/display and user experience.
  2. What should be in the packaging?
The format of the pack is based on the contents - whether it's one or more products, whether they need to be tightly packed or whether there is room for air around the products. We also need to know if you want inserts, separate compartments or other features inside.
  3. Should the packaging contain communication?
Do you want to include text, graphics or images that describe the product or reinforce the brand? This can apply to both the inside and outside of the packaging. This information influences both design and printing techniques.
  4. What should the packaging look like?
We offer full-colour printing (CMYK), PMS, UV printing and screen printing on both the inside and outside. Printing can be done on uncoated paper, or on coated paper with different types of laminates. It is also possible to enhance the impression with surface effects such as partial UV varnish or foiling and embossing. For coated (hard) packaging, we also offer coloured design paper with or without structure, as well as fabric. In these cases, we usually recommend foiling or screen printing as an effect.
  5. What volume do you plan to order?
The number of packages affects both price and possible production solutions. As specialised production involves certain fixed start-up costs, it is often more cost-effective at slightly higher volumes. We are happy to help you optimise your production run based on your needs and budget.
  6. Is there a preferred delivery date?
The timeframe is an important part of our planning. If you have a fixed deadline - for example for an event, a product launch or a season - we need to know that at an early stage to be able to provide a realistic quote and delivery plan.
  7. Do you have a budget to take into account?
If there is a guideline or budget framework, we can help guide you to the right solutions from the start, maximising the value of every detail without compromising on quality or branding.
