Placing an order

When you're ready to move forward with a quote - or if we've already worked together to find a solution that feels right - it's time to place the order. Here we describe how the process works.

  1. Acceptance of the offer
You approve the offer in writing, which means that we reserve capacity in our production and prepare the next steps. At the same time, we go through any remaining questions about the solution.
  2. Digital 3D visualisation or white sample
To visualise the packaging before production, we offer two options:
    - Digital 3D visualisation: A quick and cost-effective way to get a realistic picture of the final product.
    - White sample (untreated dummy): A physical sample pack without printing or effects, to test construction and function. The choice depends on your needs and timeframe - we'll be happy to advise you on what's best for you.
  3. Final production document & order confirmation
We compile all the details in a production document that forms the basis for production. Based on this, we send you a order confirmation where we clearly state our understanding of the order. Here it is very important that you carefully check that everything is correct - including design, materials, printing, effects and delivery details. If anything needs to be adjusted, we must be notified immediately to avoid production errors.
  4. Production and quality control
Once you have approved the order confirmation, we start production. Throughout the process, continuous quality checks are carried out to ensure that the result fulfils your requirements - both functionally and aesthetically.
  5. Delivery
Once production is complete, your order is delivered according to the agreed schedule - to your warehouse, directly to the store or other specified address.
  6. Follow-up
We are happy to follow up after delivery to ensure that you are satisfied with the result. Our ambition is to build long-term relationships and be on hand even in the next step.
